This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple software development and service delivery projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will assist in planning, executing, and tracking project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics while supporting team members and facilitating communication across departments. The position emphasizes aligning project goals with client requirements and organizational objectives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and risk mitigation.

Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.

Manage a unique portfolio of security focused Professional Services engagements which directly contribute to our client’s goals and success. Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle, including Sales handoff, Resourcing, Customer project plan development, Execution management, and Project closeout activities. Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives are met.

The Product Manager is responsible for guiding assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to obsolescence. This role ensures that product strategy aligns with company goals and market needs while driving collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Product Managers act as product advocates, developing business cases, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring ongoing product success.
